THE MAS DE CASTILLONE

300 years of history

The new jewel of Les Domaines de Chabran, designed by architects Liliana and Alain Meylan, offers its guests everything you could expect from a dream stay, in an idyllic setting in the heart of the Alpilles. A huge plane tree over 300 years old stands guard over this house which was once the town hall of the village of Paradou and also its public school. The impressive façade in warm colors, its large arches and its stone lintels remind us of the know-how of yesteryear. The 18 m infinity pool, the gardens and groves provide the freshness needed to withstand the heat of the Provencal sun. The interior decoration mixes traditional materials, antique furniture and very comfortable equipment. The Mas de Castillone can accommodate 14 guests with its 7 rooms and suites, all air-conditioned and equipped with independent bathrooms.

When some prefer indoor living, two large lounges await them, with cozy sofas, while a large stone fireplace will guarantee a warm atmosphere, for cooler evenings.

Gastronomy is not left out since Le Mas de Castillone offers several dedicated spaces with professional equipment for the chef or those who improvise as cooks, during the holidays. A fully equipped summer kitchen will allow you to cook with friends the products directly picked from the vegetable garden of the house.

Le Mas de Castillone also offers wellness activities (Spa and massage, fitness coach, …), sports activities on site (tennis and pétanque court, …) or nearby and a wide panorama of cultural outings, in the region.
